1. What services do you offer …

At Maid in Bermuda, we offer weekly and biweekly ongoing cleaning with a minimum of 3 hours per job.
We do not offer once a month regular cleans (scheduled/ongoing) at this time.

2. Occasional or Spring Cleaning …

We do offer occasional or spring cleaning.

3. What are your Rates …

General weekly or biweekly cleaning with the use of customers cleaning supplies – $37.00 per hour per cleaner (general cleaning, laundry, folding and ironing)

Deep/End of Lease/Spring Cleans $40.00 per hour per cleaner

Mold removal and window cleaning –  rates by request

Sundays and Public Holidays – rates by request

Commercial Cleaning contracts: rates by request – 20% off the first month when you sign a one-year     contract

Airbnb’s – $38.00 per hour per cleaner

Tipping: While it is not an expectation, we leave this to your discretion

4. How do you assign our cleaner?

Your cleaner will be assigned based on availability and who would suite your needs. Once assigned, you will have the same cleaner each time. At times we will team clean and train new hires, however, your permission would be required.

5. Billing and Payment

Windcrest Management Ltd covers all our billing and payroll needs. Please expect an invoice and statement around the 15th of every month for services performed in the month prior. Payments are made by bank transfer, however, if you need to use a check, please make it payable to “Windcrest Management Ltd”. We bill to the closest 30 minutes. If payment is coming from a different name than yours, please let us know so we can account for it. Payments are expected within 30 days of invoice receipt. Services are canceled if payments are in arrears for 60 days or more.

6. Cancellations

We understand emergencies happen – should you need to cancel for non-urgent issues, please give 24 hrs. notice. If not, you will be billed for 50% of normal services. More than 3 cancellations in a row and your cleaner will be reassigned to another client.

7. Time Away/ full Cancellation

If you need to cancel services for short term vacation or cancel completely, please give advance notice – as much as you can. If staff go on vacation, you will be provided with a floater who will cover your needs while they are away unless you do not want that. If staff are out sick, we will do our best to reschedule you within that week either with your regular cleaner and if not, someone that is open with your permission.
